### sec.12 Deciding application The board must consider each application for registration made under section 8 and either grant or refuse to grant the application as soon as practicable after the last of the following events to happen— the board receives the application; the board receives all necessary information to decide the application. In deciding the application, the board must have regard to the assessment of an assessment entity, if any, given to the board by the applicant under section 8 (2) (b) (ii) . s 12 amd 2008 No. 14 s 27 (sec.12-ssec.1) The board must consider each application for registration made under section 8 and either grant or refuse to grant the application as soon as practicable after the last of the following events to happen— the board receives the application; the board receives all necessary information to decide the application.
