### sec.112P Grounds for cancellation and suspension Each of the following is a ground for cancelling or suspending the approval of an assessment scheme— the assessment scheme stops being suitable for approval; the assessment entity for the scheme has intentionally or recklessly assessed an applicant for registration under section 8 as having the qualifications and competencies provided for under the scheme and the applicant does not have those qualifications or competencies; the approval was granted because of a materially false or misleading representation or declaration; the assessment entity for the scheme has contravened a condition of the approval; the assessment entity for the scheme has contravened a provision of this Act. s 112P ins 2008 No. 14 s 12 - (a) the assessment scheme stops being suitable for approval; - (b) the assessment entity for the scheme has intentionally or recklessly assessed an applicant for registration under section 8 as having the qualifications and competencies provided for under the scheme and the applicant does not have those qualifications or competencies; - (c) the approval was granted because of a materially false or misleading representation or declaration; - (d) the assessment entity for the scheme has contravened a condition of the approval; - (e) the assessment entity for the scheme has contravened a provision of this Act.
