### sec.112N Term of approval
Unless sooner cancelled, suspended or otherwise ended, an approval under this part remains in force for the term decided by the Minister when granting an application for approval or renewal.
A term under subsection (1) must not be more than 5 years.
A variation of an approval under this part does not extend the term of the approval.
