### sec.112G Consideration by board The board must consider— for an application for approval—whether the applicant’s proposed assessment scheme is suitable for approval; or for an application for renewal—whether the applicant’s assessment scheme continues to be suitable for approval; or for an application for variation—whether the applicant’s assessment scheme as proposed to be varied is suitable for approval. In its consideration, the board is not restricted to the information contained in the application. s 112G ins 2008 No. 14 s 12 (sec.112G-ssec.1) The board must consider— for an application for approval—whether the applicant’s proposed assessment scheme is suitable for approval; or for an application for renewal—whether the applicant’s assessment scheme continues to be suitable for approval; or for an application for variation—whether the applicant’s assessment scheme as proposed to be varied is suitable for approval.
