### sec.112C Application for approval An entity may apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed assessment scheme for 1 or more areas of engineering, or proposed areas of engineering, to be conducted by the entity. The application must— be in the approved form; and be supported by enough information to enable the Minister to decide the application; and be accompanied by— the proposed assessment scheme; and the fee, if any, prescribed under a regulation. s 112C ins 2008 No. 14 s 12 amd 2008 No. 14 s 54 (sec.112C-ssec.1) An entity may apply to the Minister for approval of a proposed assessment scheme for 1 or more areas of engineering, or proposed areas of engineering, to be conducted by the entity.
