### sec.112 Use of code of practice in disciplinary proceeding
An approved code of practice is admissible as evidence in a disciplinary proceeding brought by the board against a registered professional engineer.
The code may only be used to provide evidence, in the disciplinary proceeding, of appropriate professional conduct or practice for a registered professional engineer.
