### sec.109 Tabling of code
This section applies if, under section 108 (3) , a code of practice, or amendment of a code of practice, has been approved under a regulation.
The Minister must, within 14 sitting days after the regulation is notified, table a copy of the code, or amendment or amended code, in the Legislative Assembly.
A failure to comply with subsection (2) does not invalidate or otherwise affect the code or the regulation.
