### sec.66 Act honestly and with reasonable diligence
An attorney must exercise power honestly and with reasonable diligence to protect the principal’s interests.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
In addition to any other liability the attorney may incur, the court may order the attorney to compensate the principal for a loss caused by the attorney’s failure to comply with subsection (1) .
