### sec.59A Effect of power ending
If an attorney’s power for a matter ends and the attorney was a joint attorney for the matter—
if, of the joint attorneys, there is 1 remaining attorney, the remaining attorney may exercise power for the matter; and
if, of the joint attorneys, there are 2 or more remaining attorneys, the remaining attorneys may exercise power for the matter and, if exercising power, must exercise power jointly.

- (a) if, of the joint attorneys, there is 1 remaining attorney, the remaining attorney may exercise power for the matter; and
