### sec.46 Advice of revocation If an enduring document is revoked under this division, the principal must take reasonable steps— to advise all attorneys under the enduring document of its revocation; and for an enduring power of attorney registered under the Land Title Act 1994 —to deregister it. s 46 amd 2023 No. 27 s 289 sch 3 - (a) to advise all attorneys under the enduring document of its revocation; and - (b) for an enduring power of attorney registered under the Land Title Act 1994 —to deregister it.
