### sec.34 Recognition of enduring power of attorney made in other jurisdictions If an enduring power of attorney is made in another jurisdiction and complies with the requirements in the other jurisdiction, then, to the extent the powers it gives could validly have been given by an enduring power of attorney made under this Act, the enduring power of attorney must be treated as if it were an enduring power of attorney made under, and in compliance with, this Act. s 34 amd 2019 No. 9 s 60
