### sec.24C Application of part This part applies in relation to a general power of attorney for a business. A reference in this part to a general power of attorney is taken to include a reference to a document revoking a general power of attorney. If a provision of this part is inconsistent with any other provision of this Act, the provision of this part prevails to the extent of the inconsistency. s 24C ins 2021 No. 23 s 46 (sec.24C-ssec.1) This part applies in relation to a general power of attorney for a business.
