### sec.109A Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal also has jurisdiction and powers about enduring documents The tribunal is given the same jurisdiction and powers for enduring documents as the Supreme Court. For subsection (1) , this Act applies, with necessary changes, as if references to the Supreme Court were references to the tribunal. s 109A ins 2000 No. 8 s 263 sch 3 ; 2009 No. 24 s 1569 (sec.109A-ssec.1) The tribunal is given the same jurisdiction and powers for enduring documents as the Supreme Court.
