### sec.100 Additional protection if unaware of invalidity in health context
This section applies if a person, other than an attorney, in good faith and without knowing that an advance health directive or a power for a health matter under an enduring document is invalid or a direction in an advance health directive does not operate, acts in reliance on the advance health directive, power or direction.
See section 36 in relation to the operation of a direction in an advance health directive.
The person does not incur any liability, either to the adult or anyone else, because of the invalidity of the advance health directive or power or the inoperative direction.
