### sec.100 Additional protection if unaware of invalidity in health context This section applies if a person, other than an attorney, in good faith and without knowing that an advance health directive or a power for a health matter under an enduring document is invalid or a direction in an advance health directive does not operate, acts in reliance on the advance health directive, power or direction. See section 36 in relation to the operation of a direction in an advance health directive.
