### sch.2-sec.8 Removal of tissue for donation
For an adult, removal of tissue for donation to someone else includes removal of tissue from the principal so laboratory reagents, or reference and control materials, derived completely or partly from pooled human plasma may be given to the other person.
Tissue is—
an organ, blood or part of a human body; or
a substance that may be extracted from an organ, blood or part of a human body.
