### sec.7.19 Subject officer may ask commissioner to make offer The subject officer may, at any time, ask the commissioner to consider making an offer under section 7 .16. The request may be accompanied by a written submission or other materials about matters the subject officer believes the commissioner should consider in deciding— whether to make the offer; or an appropriate disciplinary sanction or professional development strategy to be proposed. s 7.19 ins 2019 No. 32 s 9 (sec.7.19-ssec.1) The subject officer may, at any time, ask the commissioner to consider making an offer under section 7 .16.
