### sec.5AA.7 Persons engaged by the service must disclose changes in relevant information If a person engaged by the service is aware that there is a change in relevant information about the person, the person must immediately disclose to the commissioner in the way approved by the commissioner the details of the change. For some persons engaged by the service, a failure to disclose a change in relevant information of which the person is aware may become the subject of disciplinary proceedings. s 5AA.7 ins 2003 No. 92 s 32 amd 2023 No. 7 s 31
