### sec.5.13 Officer not to refuse transfer, but may object A police officer who is transferred to a position must accept the transfer, even if the officer has not applied for it. However, if the officer did not apply for the transfer, the officer may— object to the transfer under section 5 .13A; or apply for a review of the transfer under section 9 .3. s 5.13 sub 1993 No. 77 s 4 (sec.5.13-ssec.1) A police officer who is transferred to a position must accept the transfer, even if the officer has not applied for it. (sec.5.13-ssec.2) However, if the officer did not apply for the transfer, the officer may— object to the transfer under section 5 .13A; or apply for a review of the transfer under section 9 .3. - (a) object to the transfer under section 5 .13A; or - (b) apply for a review of the transfer under section 9 .3.
