### sec.11.25-oc.2 Matters relating to PSBA staff
This section applies to—
a person who, immediately before the commencement, is employed by the PSBA on a permanent full-time or permanent part-time basis; and
a person who, immediately before the commencement, is seconded to the PSBA on a permanent full-time or permanent part-time basis.
On the commencement—
for a person mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—the person ceases to be an employee of the PSBA and is employed by the notified department; and
for a person mentioned in subsection (1)(b)— the secondment ends.
Nothing in subsection (2)—
interrupts a person’s continuity of service; or
prejudices a person’s existing or accruing right to long service leave; or
constitutes a termination of employment by the PSBA, retrenchment or redundancy; or
entitles a person to a payment or other benefit merely because the person is no longer employed by the PSBA; or
limits or otherwise affect the person’s right to a benefit or entitlement that had accrued before the commencement.
In this section—
notified department means the department that, before the commencement, the person was notified by the chief operating officer as the department in which the person would be employed in after the commencement.

(sec.11.25-oc.2-ssec.2) On the commencement— for a person mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—the person ceases to be an employee of the PSBA and is employed by the notified department; and for a person mentioned in subsection (1)(b)— the secondment ends.

(sec.11.25-oc.2-ssec.4) In this section— notified department means the department that, before the commencement, the person was notified by the chief operating officer as the department in which the person would be employed in after the commencement.

- (c) constitutes a termination of employment by the PSBA, retrenchment or redundancy; or
- (d) entitles a person to a payment or other benefit merely because the person is no longer employed by the PSBA; or
- (e) limits or otherwise affect the person’s right to a benefit or entitlement that had accrued before the commencement.
