### sec.10.2AA Definitions for sdiv 2
In this subdivision—
criminal history has the meaning given by the Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 , section 3 .
relevant agency means the ACC or the police force or service of another jurisdiction.
