### sec.94 Advice to owner of motorbike of date of hearing
As soon as reasonably practicable after a date is set for the hearing of an application for a forfeiture order in relation to a motorbike, a police officer must give the driver of the motorbike and each owner of the motorbike written notice of the date, time and place of the hearing.
If the driver or owner is a child and it is reasonably practicable to do so, notice must also be given to the child’s parent or guardian.

(sec.94-ssec.1) As soon as reasonably practicable after a date is set for the hearing of an application for a forfeiture order in relation to a motorbike, a police officer must give the driver of the motorbike and each owner of the motorbike written notice of the date, time and place of the hearing.
