### sec.895 Validation of giving of particular extended police banning notices
This section applies in relation to an extended police banning notice that was, before the commencement, given to a person by sending the notice to the person by post.
The giving of the extended police banning notice to the person is, and is taken to have always been, as valid as it would have been if, at the time the notice was given to the person, new section 602G was in force.
Anything done as a result of the giving of the extended police banning notice to the person is, and is taken to have always been, as valid as it would have been if, at the time the notice was given to the person, new section 602G was in force.

new section 602G means section 602G as in force from the commencement.

(sec.895-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an extended police banning notice that was, before the commencement, given to a person by sending the notice to the person by post.
