### sec.875 Existing applications for impounding order applications This section applies to an application under section 85 or 85A of the pre-amended Act for an impounding order that had not been decided immediately before the commencement. The application must be decided as if the following provisions of the pre-amended Act were still in force— chapter 4, part 3, divisions 1 to 3; chapter 4, part 5, divisions 1 to 2A and division 4. s 875 ins 2013 No. 15 s 78 (sec.875-ssec.1) This section applies to an application under section 85 or 85A of the pre-amended Act for an impounding order that had not been decided immediately before the commencement.
