### sec.854 Particular evidentiary certificates under s 318ZZB This section applies if a prosecuting authority gives a defendant a certificate under section 318ZZB(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2006 , section 48, and the time for challenging a matter stated in the certificate has not ended. Section 318ZZB(3), as in force immediately before the commencement of the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2006 , section 48, continues to apply to the certificate. s 854 ins 2006 No. 26 s 85 (sec.854-ssec.1) This section applies if a prosecuting authority gives a defendant a certificate under section 318ZZB(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2006 , section 48, and the time for challenging a matter stated in the certificate has not ended.
