### sec.843 Transitional provisions for protection of records New section 355(1) and (2) apply to a relevant proceeding within the meaning of former section 145 in relation to an existing police service surveillance warrant or an existing police service emergency authorisation as if the proceeding were a proceeding under new chapter 13.
