### sec.835 Transitional provisions for CMC controlled operation approvals
An existing CMC controlled operation approval that was in force immediately before the commencement day and relates to a serious indictable offence or suspected organised crime continues in force from that day in accordance with its terms as if it were a formal authority given under new section 245 in relation to a relevant offence that is major crime as defined under the Crime and Misconduct Act 2001 .
