### sec.814 Transitional provision about noise abatement
A complaint made under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 , section 149 that is not investigated before the commencement of this section or that is being investigated on the commencement of this section is taken to be a complaint made under section 577 of this Act.
A noise abatement direction made under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 , section 150 before the commencement of this section may be enforced after the commencement of this section as if it were a noise abatement direction under this Act.
