### sec.79O Powers of Magistrates Court In deciding an appeal, the court may— confirm the decision appealed against; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision that it considers appropriate. s 79O ins 2013 No. 15 s 24 - (a) confirm the decision appealed against; or - (b) set aside the decision and substitute another decision that it considers appropriate.
