### sec.789F When service by electronic communication is effected
This section applies if a police officer serves a prescribed document or related document on a person under section 789E .
Unless the contrary is proved, for this Act and any other Act, the prescribed document or related document is taken to be personally served on the person on the day and at the time the document was sent by electronic communication to the person’s nominated unique electronic address.
