### sec.770 Motor vehicle not to be sold etc. before application is decided This section applies in relation to a motor vehicle that is the subject of an application for an impounding order or a forfeiture order. The owner of the motor vehicle must not modify or sell or otherwise dispose of the motor vehicle until the application for the impounding order or forfeiture order is decided or otherwise ends. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
