### sec.750 When a person is charged for this chapter in relation to an evasion offence if proceeding for the offence is started by notice to appear or arrest
This section applies for this chapter if a proceeding for an evasion offence is started against a person by notice to appear or arrest.
If the proceeding is started by notice to appear, the person is taken to be charged with having committed the offence when the notice to appear is issued and served on the person.
If the proceeding is started by arrest, the person is taken to be charged with having committed the offence when the person is arrested.

(sec.750-ssec.1) This section applies for this chapter if a proceeding for an evasion offence is started against a person by notice to appear or arrest.
(sec.750-ssec.2) If the proceeding is started by notice to appear, the person is taken to be charged with having committed the offence when the notice to appear is issued and served on the person.
(sec.750-ssec.3) If the proceeding is started by arrest, the person is taken to be charged with having committed the offence when the person is arrested.
