### sec.723 Commissioner may make arrangements The commissioner may, under an arrangement between the commissioner and the chief executive of a department or the chief executive officer of another agency, transfer the possession of a relevant thing to the chief executive or chief executive officer if, in the circumstances, it would be appropriate for the thing to be dealt with under another Act. It may be appropriate for the commissioner to transfer the possession of explosives to the chief executive of the department responsible for the administration of the Explosives Act 1999 for safe keeping or destruction of the explosives. s 723 ins 2000 No. 22 s 25
