### sec.704 Definition for div 3 In this division— drug matter means— an S8 medicine under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 ; or a controlled substance under the Drugs Misuse Act 1986 ; or a dangerous drug; or a thing intended for use, or that was used, in the commission of a drug offence. s 704 ins 2000 No. 22 s 25 sub 2006 No. 26 s 74 amd 2019 No. 26 s 290 sch 2 - (a) an S8 medicine under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 ; or - (b) a controlled substance under the Drugs Misuse Act 1986 ; or - (c) a dangerous drug; or - (d) a thing intended for use, or that was used, in the commission of a drug offence.
