### sec.672 Which register to be used Information that must be recorded in a register under this division must be recorded in the relevant register. For subsection (1) , the relevant register for the relevant act is— for an act done by a police officer performing functions for CCC—CCC’s register; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—the police service register.
