### sec.672 Which register to be used
Information that must be recorded in a register under this division must be recorded in the relevant register.
For subsection (1) , the relevant register for the relevant act is—
for an act done by a police officer performing functions for CCC—CCC’s register; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the police service register.
However, if a police officer does a covert act as part of a joint operation involving 2 or more entities, it is enough for subsection (2) if the information is recorded in a register kept by at least 1 of the entities participating in the operation.
