### sec.668 Information to be included in register for surveillance device warrants and retrieval warrants
The following information about surveillance device warrants and retrieval warrants must be recorded in the register—
the date and time of issue of the warrant;
the name of the judge or magistrate who issued the warrant;
the name of the law enforcement officer stated in the warrant as the person primarily responsible for executing it;
the relevant offence for which the warrant was issued;
the period when the warrant is in force;
details of any variation or extension of the warrant;
whether the surveillance device was used in a participating jurisdiction;
information prescribed under the responsibilities code about the exercise of powers under the warrant.

- (a) the date and time of issue of the warrant;
- (b) the name of the judge or magistrate who issued the warrant;
