### sec.648 Watch-house officer may require person to state name and address Section 40 , to the extent it applies to prescribed circumstances mentioned in section 41 that are circumstances in which a police officer may exercise a power under this Act in relation to a person at a watch-house applies to a watch-house officer in the same way as it applies to a police officer.
