### sec.638 Record of execution of warrant or order
A police officer who executes a warrant or order must, if reasonably practicable, write the following on the back of the original warrant or order, or the written form of warrant or order and sign the document—
the day and time of execution;
the name of the person on whom it was executed;
if supplied—the name of the occupier of the place;
the name, rank, registered number, if any, and station of the police officer.
