### sec.602T Attaching image to a banning order
A police officer may attach an image of a person taken under this part to a banning order for the person.
An imaged order is a banning order to which an image has been attached.
To remove doubt, it is declared that an image of a person taken for a particular banning order may be attached to a different banning order for the person.
An image of a person taken for a police banning notice may be later attached to a banning order made under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 , part 3B for the person.

(sec.602T-ssec.1) A police officer may attach an image of a person taken under this part to a banning order for the person.
