### sec.594 Initial direction about serious nuisance
This section applies if a police officer—
finds a person causing a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park; or
reasonably suspects a person has just caused a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park.
The police officer may—
if subsection (1) (a) applies—direct the person to immediately stop causing the nuisance and also direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance in the park; or
if subsection (1) (b) applies—direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance.
The direction under subsection (2) ( initial nuisance direction ) may be given orally or by written notice.

(sec.594-ssec.1) This section applies if a police officer— finds a person causing a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park; or reasonably suspects a person has just caused a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park.
(sec.594-ssec.2) The police officer may— if subsection (1) (a) applies—direct the person to immediately stop causing the nuisance and also direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance in the park; or if subsection (1) (b) applies—direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance.

- (a) finds a person causing a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park; or
- (b) reasonably suspects a person has just caused a serious nuisance in a moveable dwelling park.
- (a) if subsection (1) (a) applies—direct the person to immediately stop causing the nuisance and also direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance in the park; or
- (b) if subsection (1) (b) applies—direct the person not to cause another serious nuisance.
