### sec.584 Offence to interfere with locked etc. property
This section applies if a police officer locks, seals or otherwise deals with property under section 583 (2) (b) (i) .
A person must not unlock, unseal or use the property during the noise abatement period, as defined under section 582 (5) , for the place where the property is found.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —100 penalty units.
