### sec.546 Analysis of blood and urine samples
It is lawful for an officer of the health agency to analyse, or arrange for someone else to analyse, a blood sample or urine sample sent to a health agency under section 545 .
Also, it is lawful for an officer of the health agency to destroy blood or urine from a sample if it is not used for the analysis or a further analysis and the sample or any part of the sample used for the analysis.
