### sec.492 Transmitting information to the ACC
The commissioner may transmit to the ACC information kept in QDNA for inclusion in the ACC database for the purpose of the ACC, on behalf of the commissioner—
comparing the information; or
comparing the information with other information supplied to the ACC by a declared agency.
The comparison mentioned in subsection (1) may happen at any time.
The commissioner may enter into an arrangement with the ACC about how, and in what circumstances, information transmitted to it by the commissioner may be compared, kept or otherwise managed.
Subsection (1) is not dependent on the existence of an arrangement made under section 533 .
