### sec.446 Limitation on forensic procedures that dentist may perform
Despite section 445 (2) , a dentist may perform a forensic procedure only to the extent necessary to—
examine a person’s mouth; or
take a sample of a person’s saliva; or
take a dental impression of a person’s mouth; or
examine a bite mark on a person.
