### sec.411E What police assistance removal order must state
A police assistance removal order must state the following—
the name of the relevant person and the watch-house in which the person is in custody;
the name of the police officer (the relevant police officer ) who will have control of the relevant person while the person is absent from the watch-house;
that the watch-house manager must release or make arrangements for the release of the relevant person into the custody of the relevant police officer;
the reason for the relevant person’s removal;
the places, if known, to which the relevant person is to be taken during the assistance period;
that the relevant person must be returned to the watch-house as soon as reasonably practicable after the assistance period ends or the relevant person withdraws consent to help the police service;
any other conditions the magistrate considers appropriate.

- (a) the name of the relevant person and the watch-house in which the person is in custody;
