### sec.411 When does detention period start for offenders arrested outside Queensland This section applies if, because of the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cwlth) , a person— has been arrested in another State for an indictable offence committed in Queensland; or has appeared before a magistrate in another State for an indictable offence committed in Queensland.
