### sec.407 What order must state
The magistrate or justice must state in the order—
how much time is to be allowed as time out; and
the time for which the person may be questioned; and
that the person may continue to be detained for the total of the periods decided for paragraphs (a) and (b) .
If, under the order, time is allowed for time out, it may be used for any time out purpose, unless the magistrate or justice orders that it be used for a specific time out purpose.
