### sec.401 When magistrate may make removal order A magistrate may make a removal order only if the magistrate is satisfied the custody is reasonably necessary for— questioning the person about the offence; or the investigation of the offence. s 401 (prev s 195) renum 2000 No. 22 s 13 - (a) questioning the person about the offence; or - (b) the investigation of the offence.
