### sec.387 Particulars of notice to appear offence must be given in the proceeding
Section 386 does not affect the duty of the prosecution to provide proper particulars of an offence in the course of prosecution.
When a person on whom a notice to appear has been served appears before a court in response to the notice, the court must ensure that the person is provided promptly with proper particulars of the offence and granted any adjournment of the proceeding necessary to consider them.

(sec.387-ssec.1) Section 386 does not affect the duty of the prosecution to provide proper particulars of an offence in the course of prosecution.
