### sec.373 Compliance with limitation of proceedings This section applies to an arrest warrant issued under section 371 (b) . For the Justices Act 1886 , section 52 or another provision of an Act that imposes a limitation of proceedings for the offence by reference to when a complaint was made for the offence or to when proceedings for the offence are started, a complaint is taken to be made, and the proceedings started, when the warrant is issued. s 373 ins 2006 No. 26 s 40 (sec.373-ssec.1) This section applies to an arrest warrant issued under section 371 (b) .
