### sec.368 Arrest of person given notice to appear or summons
This section applies to a person who has been given a notice to appear or a summons for an offence, whether or not the person has been arrested for the offence.
It is lawful for a police officer to arrest a person, without warrant, if the police officer reasonably suspects the person—
is directly or indirectly harassing or interfering with a person who may be required to give evidence relating to the offence for which the person has been given a notice to appear or summons; or
is likely to fail to appear before a court to answer a charge against the person for the offence.
This section does not apply to a child.

(sec.368-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who has been given a notice to appear or a summons for an offence, whether or not the person has been arrested for the offence.
(sec.368-ssec.2) It is lawful for a police officer to arrest a person, without warrant, if the police officer reasonably suspects the person— is directly or indirectly harassing or interfering with a person who may be required to give evidence relating to the offence for which the person has been given a notice to appear or summons; or is likely to fail to appear before a court to answer a charge against the person for the offence.
(sec.368-ssec.3) This section does not apply to a child.
- (a) is directly or indirectly harassing or interfering with a person who may be required to give evidence relating to the offence for which the person has been given a notice to appear or summons; or
- (b) is likely to fail to appear before a court to answer a charge against the person for the offence.
